The first week of GOvember has been very successful. If you’re not familiar with what I’m talking about, one of my Eight Great Goals for November is to sweat every day.
I’ve already knocked out 2 Nike Training Club sessions at WHQ, chalked up 24 running miles (in only 4 runs) and fit in some cross training sessions with videos from fitfluential females.
